Use the menu on the left to move to important locations within the site, or to move around within a store. To see what's in your basket, that is near the help link, at the top right. |
How does my shopping basket work?
Just like a shopping basket in a shop, you can put things in your basket (by clicking on the 'add to basket' button) without having to buy them - it is just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in.
You are not committing to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through the checkout. You can check what is in your basket at any time by clicking on the shopping basket tab. If you want to remove something, simply change the quantity to zero (0) and click on recalculate/update basket. When you have finished your shopping, click on 'checkout'. At this point you will have to register or log in, then enter your payment and delivery details. |
Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
Yes, we do let you do this, but it is at our discretion. This is because we have to protect your credit card from fraud, and we need to be sure that we are delivering the goods to the card holder. |
